Launch of Self-service baggage drop-off at King Abdulaziz International Airport
Jeddah's King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Saudi Arabia announced the availability of self-service baggage drop-off in Terminal 1, with the aim of saving time and effort of the passengers. See Also : Free bus service for pilgrims from Jeddah Airport to Makkah Grand Mosque
The King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) highlighted that this service includes the following.
* Eases shipping and saves time.
* With the Possibility of reading the flight ticket, determines the allowed weight. See Also : Jeddah Airport allows shipping of zamzam packages for pilgrims from travel halls
* Prints the identification tag on the baggage.
* Available in both English and Arabic.
* Moving the baggage automatically on the freight belt for shipment after following the instructions and
* Currently available in Area A2 of Terminal 1 (T1) at Jeddah International Airport.
