The ministry explained that this step supports its ongoing work to simplify procedures for pilgrims and expand access to the services offered by the Hajj and Umrah system, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

It also highlighted the launch of the Nusuk Umrah platform, designed for people who wish to perform Umrah directly. Users have the freedom to select their desired package, digitally receive their Umrah permit, and easily and conveniently book services and appointments through this online platform.

The Saudi government is committed to helping Muslims safely visit the Two Holy Mosques and complete their rites, according to the ministry. King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman are leading this effort. Additionally, it aspires to make the pilgrims' journey more pleasant and enriching spiritually.
