➤ Roaming around with the intention of offering transport.
Penalties for breaking the law include:

👉 A vehicle may be impounded for a maximum of 25 days.
👉 For repeated or serious violations: fines up to SR20,000, vehicle impoundment for up to 60 days, possible vehicle sale in a public auction, and deportation for non-Saudi violators. Most Viewed: Saudi Arabia tightens penalties on violations of Traffic law for Saudi Expats
