MOH warns against exceeding the acceptable limit of Driving a car in a week


The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia warned against exceeding the acceptable limit of driving a car per week and recommended to make sure of 6 things before traveling by a car. Subscribe to Saudi Expatriates channel on YouTube



The health ministry through its official X account "LiveWellMOH" said that, driving a car for more than 20 hours a week is a major cause of back pain.

- This comes from the Ministry in the context of the Ministry's health awareness regarding driving, as it advised earlier to ensure the health nutrition before driving a car. See Also : Can I drive in Saudi Arabia, with international Driving License?

- The Ministry of Health advised the need to prepare a healthy snack before driving a car, while drinking water constantly and eating the main meal before going out.

- Earlier this week, the Ministry warned of the need to observe 6 tips before traveling by car. which are check weather conditions, use road map, keep first aid kit, adequate sleep before the trip and take rest period every 2 hours.
