Saudi Moroor reveals how to pay the fees for a Driving License that expired 14 years ago


The General Directorate of Traffic (Moroor) in Saudi Arabia revealed a method of paying fees for an old driver's license that expired 14 years ago. Similar : No parking fine in Saudi Arabia







This clarification came from Saudi Moroor, after a question was received on its Twitter handle, asking, "My driving license has expired 14 years ago, how to pay the fees for an old driver license that expired 24 years ago, reveal the method and how do I get my license?".

Driving License Renewal Procedure :

* Payment of fees and fines.

* Carry out a medical test.

Requirements for Issuing a private Driving License :

1. Completing the age of 18 years.

2. Should not have been convicted by a court ruling of drug use, distribution or possession.

3. Safety from disease and disabilities that hinder driving.

4. Pass the driving test.

5. Pay the fees.

7. For expatriates (non-Saudis), a regular residence permit is required.




Procedure to book an appointment for driving license Pass:

1. Login to the applicant Absher account.

2. Select the date and Pass.

3. Book a new appointment.

4. Select the required service and branch.


6. Confirm the appointment and the appointment tick will be issued.
