Soon, Saudi Airlines to launch Visa issuance service upon Purchasing tickets
The spokesperson of the Saudi Airlines (Saudia), Abdullah Al-Shahrani said that, the number of international flights to increase by 40% during the current Year 2023 and adding half a million seats for domestic flights. See Also : Public Holidays in Saudi Arabia for the Year 2023
Al-Shahrani stated this, during his telephonic interview with Al-Sharq TV, explaining that during the current year 2023, ten new aircrafts will be received to keep pace with growth and other aircraft will be received in the coming years.

- Al-Shahrani added that, there is an intention to increase the proportion of international flights to 40% during this year, in addition to increasing a number of seats for domestic flights by half a million domestic seats.
- Al-Shahrani also revealed with Okaz that, in the coming few days, a new service will be launched, which is the issuance of a tourist visa without fees when purchasing tickets, for those coming to Saudi Arabia for the purpose of tourism and performing Umrah, given that the duration of the visa does not exceed 4 days.
- The spokesman of the Saudi Airlines highlighted that the activation of digital infrastructure that allows travelers of Saudia flights to issue a tourist visa upon purchasing the ticket in accordance with the Saudi Vision 2030 in attracting the largest number of tourists. - He explained that the visa will allows, those coming to Saudi Arabia to move around, attend events, meeting and parties, and perform Umrah.
