Saudi Food and Drug Authority recommends 4 foods for Strong bones

The Food and Drug Authority of Saudi Arabia through its official Twitter handle explained that, care should be taken to eat foods rich in Calcium and Vitamin D, which are available in

* Milk and dairy products

* Eggs


* Salmon fish, it is an example of a food rich in Calcium and Vitamin D, which promotes strong bones and a healthier body.





Importance of Breakfast for Students :

- Earlier, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority highlighted the great importance of breakfast in providing energy for students during the school day.

- The authority said that breakfast is one of the most important daily meals for students, as it provides them with the energy needed to maintain normal bodily functions and to provide energy during the school day, which consumes a lot of physical effort and requires constant focus.
