One million copies of Holy Quran as Gift for pilgrims from Saudi King


The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance started distribution of a total of one million copies of the Holy Quran as a gift from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the pilgrims. Pilgrims departing from Jeddah King Abdulaziz International Airport and Islamic Sea Port and other land and air outlets to get a Holy Quran as a gift from Saudi Arabia's King.

- The Ministry in its announcement said the gift comes in implementation of a royal order to continue taking care of serving Islam's holy book, published by the Madina based King Fahd Quran Printing Complex in different sizes and translations in 76 international languages.





Makkah's Emir announces this year's Hajj a great success : 

Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, the emir of Makkah and advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, announced that this year's Hajj pilgrimage was a great success.

- While thanking all for their efforts to ensure a hassle-free Hajj, He said, "I am pleased to announce the success of Hajj plans for this year at all levels of security, service and health without recording any accidents or epidemic diseases among the pilgrims". - This statement from Makkah's Emir came after a large number of pilgrims starting performing Tawaf Al-Wida (Farewell Tawaf) before leaving Makkah Today evening after the completion of their Hajj rituals.
