Minimum 90 days validity is required on Passport for issuing Exit Re-Entry visa - Saudi Jawazat


The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia said that the minimum period of passport validity required for issuing exit re-entry visa for expatriates is 90 days or more. See Also : Procedure to extend exit re-entry visa while expat is outside Saudi Arabia







The Saudi Jawazat also confirmed that the duration of the exit re-entry visa shall be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance of the exit re-entry visa, in case of it specified in months like 60 days, 90 days and 120 days, then the duration of the visa is calculated from the date of travel.

- In case of exit re-entry visa specified in a number of days or return before specified date, then the duration of the re-entry visa will be calculated from the date of issuance. Recommend : 3-years ban for expatriates who left Saudi Arabia on exit re-entry visa and failed to return

- Fee of issuing single exit re-entry visa is 200 riyals for 2 months or less than two months, and 100 riyals for each additional month, within the limits of the validity of iqama.





- Fee for issuing multiple exit re-entry visa is 500 riyals for several trips with a maximum period of 3 months, and 200 riyals for each additional month, within the limits of validity of iqama.

- In order to travel, a valid visa and a valid travel document is required for an expatriate, with totally complying with the conditions to enter the destination country. Most Viewed : It is not possible to convert exit re-entry visa into final exit, while expat is outside Saudi Arabia
