Dammam Airports has signed a group of strategic agreements and contracts with several national companies, with a total value of more than 500 million Saudi Riyals. The signing took place in the presence of Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Duailej, the President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) and Chairman of Airports Holding Company.

These new contracts cover projects related to infrastructure development, traveler experience improvement, and digital technology upgrades. Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Duailej said that these projects reflect the strong support of Saudi Arabia’s leadership for the civil aviation system. He explained that the projects will improve services for travelers and enhance the regional and international reputation of Saudi airports.

He also emphasized that Dammam Airports plays a central role in the country’s aviation network. The new investments show the government’s commitment to achieving the goals of the Aviation Program under the National Strategy for Transport and Logistics Services, helping Saudi Arabia become a global aviation hub and a center for logistics and quality investments.

Engineer Mohammed bin Ali Al-Hassani, the CEO of Dammam Airports, said that signing these important contracts is a big step forward in the airport's growth. The agreements are mostly about improving airport infrastructure, making the experience better for passengers, and using new digital technologies that will change the way people travel by air in the Kingdom.

Al-Hassani said that this success was achievable because of the help of Saudi leaders, the advice of the General Authority of Civil Aviation, and close work with the private sector. Most Viewed: Saudi Jawazat explains iqama renewal rules for expats in 2025
