Jawazat announces its Working hours during Eid Al Adha holidays


To continue serving urgent cases, the General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) announced its operating hours for its branches around the Kingdom for the Eid Al-Adha holidays of 1446 AH. Recommend: Riyadh Metro and city buses announced its timings during Eid Al Adha holidays



The department has confirmed that it is prepared to handle emergency cases that cannot be handled online through the Absher platform run by the Ministry of the Interior and require in-person support.

To avoid long wait times, beneficiaries are asked to schedule an appointment online before they visit the offices.

For the duration of the Eid holiday, the Riyadh passport office at the Al-Rimal branch will be open daily from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. See Also: Eid Al Adha holidays in KSA for private sector

Starting on Sunday, Dhu Al-Hijjah 5 (June 9, 2025), to Thursday, Dhu Al-Hijjah 9 (June 13, 2025), the Sairafi Mall and Tahlia Mall Jawazat branches in Jeddah will be open from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM.

Passport offices in other parts of the Kingdom will be open from Sunday until Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, all during the holiday season.

To prevent unnecessary in-person trips to passport offices, the Directorate also urged the public to use the "Tawasul" service, which lets people seek assistance that cannot be completed online. Read: Saudi Arabia and Kuwait announces the discovery of new oil
