Following a final court verdict, the Ministry of Commerce fined the three of them. The ministry listed the names of the prisoners and their offenses in the local press at their expense.

The ministry released a verdict from the Criminal Court in Makkah. The ruling contains several measures, such as a fine of SR150,000, the cancellation of the commercial registration and license, the liquidation of the establishment's activities, and the collection of zakat, fees, and taxes.

Additionally, the court ordered those in violation to refrain from engaging in any business dealings. The court also prohibited the Bangladeshis from returning to Saudi Arabia for employment and ordered their deportation. The woman helped the Bangladeshis start a transportation business without the proper paperwork for a foreign investment license, according to the investigations. They gave the Bangladeshis full permission to work for themselves, profit from illegal activities, and send that money outside the kingdom.

Additionally, the Saudi woman was discovered to have supported the foreign residents' transportation activities by purchasing tankers through loans that were financed in her name. The Bangladeshis were found to have used the facility as if they were the proprietors, executing contracts and agreements and managing and operating it.

It is worth mentioning that the Anti-Commercial Cover-Up Law calls for fines of up to SR5 million and prison terms of up to five years. Once the court issues its final ruling, it can confiscate and seize any found unlawful funds. See Also: Saudi Arabia tops in MENA nations in e-Government services
