Negotiations are underway with the Philippines to bring in Domestic Workers - MHRSD


The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia, Saad Al-Hammad explained the possibility of bringing workers from other countries in the near future. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Google News







During his interview with the Al-Arabiya channel via Skype, Al-Hammad said that negotiations are still going on with the Filipino side to bring in domestic workers, adding that the ministry is targeting new countries from Asia and Africa in the coming period.

- Al-Hammad highlighted that the customer can choose between more than 14 countries through the Musaned platform for the recruitment of domestic workers, as the ministry is working to diversify the countries exporting domestic workers.





- The Cabinet, headed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, had approved two agreements in the fields of employing domestic workers in the Kingdom.

- The order stated the approval of two agreements in the fields of domestic labor and employment between the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Labor in Thailand.
