The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has identified a group of foods that contribute to an increase in fats and sugars in the human body, without giving it the necessary nutrients it needs. Join Saudi Expatriates on imo channel







The Saudi Food and Drug Authority through its official Twitter handle posted an infographic in which it said that the following foods are very poor in nutrients and contains high percentage of fats, sugars and calories, among these foods were,

* Nectar Syrup

* Fried Potato Chips and


- The SFDA Administration stated that these foods contain high amounts of fat, sugar and calories. These foods are poor in the necessary vitamins and minerals the the body needs.





- The SFDA authority advised everyone to reduce these foods as much as possible, due to the lack of many nutrients in them.

No harm in drinking Water Before and After eating, These are its benefits :

According to a professor of Carcinogens Reasearch, Dr. Fahad Al-Khudairi, drinking water with food does not harm and there is no study that proves harms on the contrary. Recommend : Penalties for those who trades foods that are harmful for health
