All food items in Saudi Arabia are Halal, in case of any complaints use Tayaqath platform to report


The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) in the Kingdom confirmed that all the food in Saudi Arabia is halal. This came in response to an inquiry asking whether they are obligating food companies to place halal mark on their products? The SFDA stated that all kinds of foods in the Kingdom are halal. The authority also confirmed its keenness to follow up on food products and their safety from any damage, in addition to make sure that products conform to the approved standard specifications.

- In case of any poisoning case happening or any cases of this type occurred, then one can report it through Saudi Vigilance 'Tayaqath' platform, added Saudi Food and Drug Authority. Recommend : 5 penalties for those who trade food that is harmful for health

- The Tayaqath platform of SFDA is characterized by containing several things that help individuals to report and complain about cases of food poisoning and adulterated cosmetic products, devices and medical supplies.





- The Tayaqath program also include submitting reports of drug shortages, reporting side effects as well as medication errors and any defect in the quality of pharmaceutical products.
