Studies going on to set the Quota of Hajj pilgrims this year - Minister of Hajj and Umrah


The Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Tawfiq Al-Rabiah said that studies are in place to set the number of Hajj pilgrims this year, explaining that the determining of the quota will be based on ensuring the safety of Hajj and pilgrims.







Al-Rabiah added that the leadership of the Kingdom is keen to start the rituals of Hajj in peace and there are studies going on regarding this in coordination with the health sector.

- He continued stating that the safety of the pilgrims comes first based on the reports, after which the leadership will decide how to perform the pilgrimage.

- The Minister of Hajj and Umrah said, Umrah is now open to all at a full capacity during the current season, the entire Mataf will be opened for the Umrah pilgrims to allows them to perform their rituals in ease and comfort, in coordination with the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and Prophet's Mosque.





- Two years ago, Umrah was stopped for certain people due to the epidemic, now it is available to everyone, Thank God for his grace and kind. We called on those wishing to perform Umrah to make reservations through Eatmarna or Tawakkalna applications, in order to avoid crowding the minister said while speaking to Al-Arabiya tv.

- Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, the Governor of Makkah and advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, in augurated the conference, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in cooperation with the Doyof Al-Rahman program, which is one of the executive programs of the Saudi Vision 2030.
