Bahrain suspended entries from 6 countries, reactivated its Red list


The Kingdom of Bahrain has suspended international flights to 6 countries with the spread of new variant of corona virus (Covid-19). Read : An expat rescued in Saudi Arabia, 2 days after being stranded in desert







The Bahraini Civil Aviation Affairs announced that it was decided to reactivate the red list system by including 6 countries on the list, namely

1. Republic of South Africa

2. Republic of Namibia

3. Republic of Botswana

4. Republic of Zimbabwe

5. Kingdom of Lesotho and

6. Kingdom of Eswatini. Follow Saudi Expatriates





- The Civil Aviation Affairs of Bahrain explained that the entry of travelers from countries listed on the red list will be suspended on all flights, including those coming from these countries who will enter the Kingdom of Bahrain temporarily. Trending : Saudi Arabia directs airlines of resuming direct entries from India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Egypt, Brazil and Vietnam

- However, there will be exception for Bahraini citizens and holders of valid residence visas of the Kingdom of Bahrain, in accordance with the measures and all other procedures that were previously announced for those coming from countries not on the red list will be maintained.
