Corona virus Active cases in Saudi Arabia further falls to 2,255 on 27th September, 2021
Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health announced 59 new corona infections, 76 new recoveries and 5 deaths in the last 24 hours, raising the total corona cases in the Kingdom so far to 546,985 of which 536,026 recovered with 8,704 deaths.
Active cases of Corona infection further falls to 2,255 of which 244 are critical and are receiving treatment in ICU of various hospitals and medical facilities of the Kingdom. Trending : Riyadh Season 2021 to launch in Saudi Arabia on 20th October
- Jeddah tops in active corona infections with 183, Madina with 119, while Riyadh has 92 active corona cases. In the last 24 hours, the health ministry has performed 44,262 corona tests, so far 28,754,325 covid-19 tests since the beginning of the pandemic.
- Saudi Arabia's government has provided more than 41.73 million (41,733,804) doses of Corona vaccine all over the Kingdom for free to Saudi nationals, resident expatriates and visitors through its 587 vaccination centers.
- The Ministry's official statistics revealed that of the total doses given, more than 18.44 million (18,441,813) people received two doses of the vaccine, while over 23.29 million (23,391,991) people received their first dose and the elderly people received 1,650,173 million doses of vaccine against corona virus.
