A Free trip for the Passenger, when Taxi fare meter is not Operating - Ministry of Transport
A spokesperson of the Public Transport Authority in Saudi Arabia, Saleh Al-Zuwaid, said that there is a fixed price for taxis, and in the event that the driver does not operate the meter, the passenger is entitled to a free ride. Like Saudi Expatriates on Facebook

- He added that taxis are required electronically payments, electronic screens, fare meters and free internet for taxis inside the airport.
