The Board of Trustees reviewed the report detailing performance metrics while examining the Commission's important accomplishments for the last three months of 2025.

More than 900,100 training places in a range of healthcare professions are currently accessible, which represents an increasing number of training opportunities. In comparison to 2024, this represents a growth of more than 17%.

The Council was also updated on SCFHS efforts in Health Workforce Planning. As part of these initiatives, a study was conducted to determine the demand for nurses and clinical assistants up until the year 2034. The Commission is also working closely with the Education System by setting standards and classifying health qualifications for scholarship pathways.

In addition, SCFHS is coordinating with the National Labor Observatory to provide annual reports on the performance of Saudi university graduates in health fields and their career progression.

The Board also reviewed the Commission’s support for Saudi Arabia’s bid to host the 2034 FIFA World Cup. As part of its work in Sports Medicine, SCFHS is helping to increase the number of qualified healthcare professionals needed to support the expansion of the healthcare system.
