People with local SIM cards can use the Nusuk app and all its tools without an active data plan or internet connection, said ministry spokesperson Ghassan Al-Nuwaimi.

Pilgrims can get permits, book Haramain High-Speed Train tickets, check maps, use the AI assistant, and send reports or questions through the app.

Nusuk platform CEO Ahmed Al-Maiman said this update will help manage crowds, give instant access to important information, reduce the number of lost people, and speed up permit checks at entry points. See Also: More and more people are attracting to Saudi Premium Residency
