An employee or a worker exiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on a final exit visa is eligible for a new visa to return, according to the General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat). Recommend: How to use a Saudi stopover visa for performing Umrah
If the exit was legal and valid and no comments were made on it, the individual can return with a fresh visa, according to the Passports Department.
The Saudi Jawazat stated that the final exit service is provided electronically and is free.

A final exit visa can be electronically issued by the head of household or with a work permit, according to the Passports Department. The processing time for this will be proportional to the time remaining on the resident's ID.
The final exit visa can be cancelled after issuance; while the final exit visa is still valid, its electronic cancellation can be requested by the employer or head of household, according to the Passports Department.
Jawazat also confirmed that, in order to grant a final exit visa to a worker or an employee, the validity of a resident's ID (iqama) must not be less than thirty days. Similar: At least 30-day iqama validity is must for issuing final exit visa
