MHRSD launched the CV Upload service for Domestic Workers on the Musaned platform
The Musaned platform now offers a "CV Upload" option that domestic workers can use to transfer their services to another employer, thanks to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development of Saudi Arabia. Trending: 6-month grace period for runaway domestic workers in Saudi Arabia
As pointed out by the ministry, this service is a novel model that allows for the efficient and seamless transfer of services and the selection of employees based on their resumes. Employers in the kingdom now have easier access to domestic workers thanks to the completely automated process.
When a domestic worker's contract with their present employer expires, they can use Musaned to upload their resume.
Potential employers may review the submitted resumes and make an informed hiring decision based on the candidates' skill sets and relevant work experience. Most Viewed: Updated regulations of domestic workers
This policy strengthens the rights of both workers and employers.
The ministry's larger goals of developing the kingdom's recruitment industry are in line with this service.
The ministry has previously instituted several programs meant to protect the interests of all parties involved in a contract, such as the Wages Protection Program for domestic workers, obligatory insurance, and the Unified Contract Program, which sets clear rights and responsibilities for all parties and is legally binding.
