Second phase of the Saudization in Consulting Service Professions comes into force :

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) said that the second phase of the decision to nationalize those who work in consulting services professions started on March 25, 2024 , by 40%.

According to the Ministry, this move is part of their plan to give both Saudi men and women in different parts of the Kingdom more interesting and useful jobs.

- In its second phase, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development said it would work to follow up on and carry out the decision. - Businesses in the private sector can use the human resources and social development system's incentives and support programs to help them hire Saudis. These include helping to find and attract qualified workers, making sure they get the training and qualifications they need, and helping with the hiring and career continuity process. They can also get priority access to all Saudization support programs.

- On its website, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development put out a procedural guide that lists the required nationalization, professions, and percentages. It stresses how important it is for establishments to follow the rules so they don't have to deal with the legal penalties that will be applied to those who do not.
