Procedure to report Extension of employee Working hours, in violation of Work contract
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) in Saudi Arabia clarified the procedure for reporting the compulsory extension of the working hours, in violation of the work contract signed by the employee. Join Saudi Expatriates channel on Telegram
The Ministry said that the worker in such cases, can submit a report of violation of the Labor Law through a unified application of the MHRSD through the following links.

- This came in response from the Ministry in response to a question received on the Ministry's Care for Beneficiaries account, in which a security guard of a company said that he was forced to extend his work hours to 12 hours per day, while the contract signed between him and company was only 8 hours.
