Worker's data will be permanently deleted, If an expat failed to return on Exit Re-Entry visa


The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia confirmed that, a worker's data will be permanently deleted from the Ministry's data in case of the worker leaves the Kingdom on exit re-entry visa and failed to return before the visa expiry date. The Ministry clarified that, if the exit re-entry visa expires and has not been extended, then the status of the worker at Jawazat will be changed to "Exited and Did not Return" after 2 months of the expiry of re-entry visa, after which the worker's data will be permanently deleted from the Ministry's data and the status will be updated to "Absent From Work".

- Those who exited from the Kingdom on exit re-entry visa will be banned from entering into the Kingdom for 3 years and the calculation of it will be from the date of expiry of exit re-entry visa, as per the Hijri calendar. - Earlier this, the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) called company and establishment owners to update the information of their expat workers through the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Similar : 4 injuries that covered under GOSI to its subscribers

- The GOSI explained that the subscriber's information must be updated with the Ministry, at the data of non-Saudi subscribers is automatically returned to the institution through Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
