Saudi Arabia lifts corona travel restrictions to India, Turkey, Vietnam and Ethiopia


The Ministry of Interior in Saudi Arabia has decided to lift the suspension of direct and indirect travel to Saudi citizens to Ethiopia, Turkey, Vietnam and India. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Google News







The Ministry of Interior through its official Twitter account announced that this decision is based on the following up on the epidemiological situation of corona pandemic and what was submitted by the competent health authorities.

- Earlier this, the Ministry issued similar decision of lifting suspension to direct or indirect travel of citizens to Indonesia, based on the follow-up to the epidemiological situation of the corona pandemic and what was submitted by the competent health authorities. - After this decisions, the list of 11 countries that are banned to travel for Saudi citizens whether directly or indirectly are Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Congo, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Venezuela and Yemen.





- On June 13th of this year, Saudi Arabia lifts all precautionary and preventive measures related to corona virus, including wearing masks indoors and health status verification of Immunization Tawakkalna. - The Ministry also stated that those facilities, activities, events and public transportation who wishes to apply higher levels of continuity of protection can maintain wearing masks indoors and health status verification of Tawakkalna.
