A Worker is entitled to get an Experience certificate for Free after the end of Work contract with the Employer - MHRSD


The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) in Saudi Arabia confirmed that an employee deserves to get an experience certificate for free of charge, after the end of the work contract with the company or employer. This came in response from the Ministry, after one of the beneficiary inquired, asking, Can I obtain an experience certificate after the final exit in 2017?

- The Ministry through its official Customer Care Twitter account said, An employee, upon the expiry of the work contract, is entitled to get an experience certificate for free of charge. Trending : Changing the salary requires written approval from worker

- The Ministry further explained that the experience certificate should mention the date of the worker joining, the end of his relationship with the work in the company and the amount of his last salary.





- Earlier this, The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi said that the labor market in the Kingdom has witnessed a major transformation in recent years, in line with the Saudi Vision 2030.

- During his interview with Secretary General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Matthias Kormaan in Paris, the minister added that the Saudi Vision 2030 aims to build a more prosperous, developing and vibrant nation.
