Imposing Financial fee on Individuals exceeding limit of Domestic workers - Ministry of Human Resources
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) in Saudi Arabia explained that, the Council of Ministers issued a decision to impose a financial compensation on individuals who have more than the specified limit of domestic workers, which is 4 domestic workers for Saudi national and 2 domestic workers for a resident expatriate.
The Ministry clarified that individuals who exceeds the limit of domestic workers will bear the amount of 9,600 riyals for each additional worker per year. Trending : Jawazat specifies the penalty for deported worker from Saudi Arabia
- However, there will be exception in some cases like humanitarian cases that require more than the permissible limit, cases of medical care and cases of care for people with special needs, as per the controls and requirements set by the committee formed for that.

* First phase of this decision starting from the date of 10/21/1443 and this will be on incoming domestic workers for those who have more than 4 domestic workers for Saudi national and more than 2 for the resident, and
