All you need to know about Tawasul service in Absher from Saudi Jawazat
Jawazat in Saudi Arabia announced the "Tawasul" service allows all beneficiaries to carry out Jawazat services by sending messages, requests, and inquiries for solving technical problems that block beneficiaries from carrying out their transactions electronically through the Absher electronic platform. Similar: Absher's Messages and Requests service is now Tawasul
Saudi Jawazat, through its official Facebook account, explained that the communication (Tawasul) service contributes to solving technical passport problems that could not be implemented on the electronic platform, including the following.
* Saudi passport and Travel permits
* Expat iqama procedures inside the Kingdom
* Services for the affiliate and sponsored
* Iqama procedures for outside the Kingdom

* Visit visas

Instructions to be followed while sending Message through the Tawasul Service in Absher :
1. Description of the Request: Provide an explanation of the required service, including either the Iqama number or the border number.
2. Attachments: Upload the attachments related to the case or request.
Beneficiaries must follow some conditions mentioned below
1. The service cannot be implemented if the resident is not affiliated with the Absher account from which he requested it.
2. The service must not include inquiries. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Telegram
3. No application will be considered if it does not fit the chosen service.
4. Processing time for the request is up to 7 days.
