Saudi Arabia reconfirms the safety of Vaccines in the Kingdom and reveals appropriate age for each Vaccine


The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia restated that all Corona vaccines approved in the Kingdom are effective and safe and contribute in protecting against the complications from the Corona virus (Covid-19).







The ministry said that all the approved vaccines include Moderna vaccine is safe and approved for the age group more than 12 years, Pfizer vaccine is also approved for the age group over 12 years, while AstraZeneca vaccine is approved for the age group over 18 years.

- The ministry added that all approved vaccines are safe and tested in controlled studies and prevent complications. Trending : Kuwait resumes commercial flights to India

- Today and on 7th September, Saudi Arabia announces 138 corona infections, 172 recoveries and 6 deaths, raising the total corona cases in the Kingdom to 545,505 of which 534,451 recovered with 8,591 deaths.





- Active cases of Corona virus in Saudi Arabia further falls to 2,463 of which 636 are critical and are receiving treatment in intensive cares of the hospitals and medical facilities.

- Saudi Arabia has given more than 38.44 million (38,442,567) doses of Corona vaccine all over the Kingdom to Saudi citizens, resident expats and visitors all over the Kingdom through its 587 vaccination centers. Recommend : Saudi Arabia has become one of the larges e-commerce market in the world

- The Health ministry statistics shows of the total more than 22.53 million doses are first doses, while 15.9 million (15,910,817) are second doses, and the elderly people received more than 1.6 million (1,609,499) doses of vaccine against Covid-19.
