A fine of 500,000 riyals for non-disclosure of Visitors to Kingdom from visiting affected countries


The Public Prosecution in Saudi Arabia confirmed that travelers coming to the Kingdom on international flights and those responsible for transportation and its operators through entry ports must disclose their visits to any of the countries affected by the outbreak of the Corona virus or any of its mutated strains. The prosecution highlighted that wantedly not to initiate disclosure needs strict criminal accountability according to Article 21 of the health monitoring system at ports of entry. Trending : Studies have proven the safety of corona vaccine on pregnant women and fetus

- The Public Prosecution confirmed that anyone who violates this will be punished with a fine of up to 500,000 riyals, without harming to any severer penalty stipulated in other regulations.

- The prosecution said, If the violation is accompanied by the commission of a criminal act, the case is referred to the Public Prosecution with the interested party in preparation for filing the case before the competent court.
