No closure of Shops, Commercial and Economic activities during Prayer time in Saudi Arabia


The Federation of Chambers of Commerce in Saudi Arabia issued a circular directing the continued opening of shops, commercial and economic activities throughout working hours including at the prayer times in the Kingdom.







The Federation of Chambers of Commerce said, In accordance with the precautionary measures to prevent the outbreak of the Corona virus, and to preserve the health and safety of shoppers and customers. Trending : First road linking Saudi Arabia and Oman is set to open soon

- This decision aims to avoid crowding and gathering and waiting at shops for a long time due to closing of the activity during the times of prayers, and in an effort to improve the shopping experience and the level of service provision to shoppers and customers.

- The federation pointed out that after coordination with the relevant authorities, we hope that you will continue to open stores, engage in commercial and economic activities throughout working hours and receive shoppers and customers said the circular to shops and commercial establishments.





- Shops and commercial establishments instructed to make the necessary arrangements and appropriate measures to organize work, provide services and alternate between workers, in a manner that does not conflict with the performance of workers, shoppers and customers for prayers.
