The Council of Cooperative Health Insurance in Saudi Arabia lists 9 benefits of physical activity on the human body, which positively affect the heart and respiratory system, improve mood and bones, and reduce the risks of diabetes, blood pressure, and cancers.
The Health Council, through its Twitter, stated the benefits of physical activity for humans include the following:
