Using Hookah or Shisha in Public places, Parks is a violation, This is its Fine
It is forbidden to use hookah or shisha and set fire in public places and parks as per the order of the municipality, in order to ensure the safety of its users and public property stated the mayor of Al Khobar, Eng. The person who commits such act of using hoookah in public places or parks will expose himself for a penalty of 1,000 SR for violating the order.
