Ministry of Human Resource allows Sponsorship Transfer of Employees without Conditions after Coronavirus
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) in Saudi Arabia announced that it has permitted easy transfers or sponsorship changes of expatriate workers between one private company to other company or establishment with out any conditions through Ministry's Ajeer hiring portal after coronavirus situation in the country. Ajeer hiring portal manages contractual relationships between sponsors (Employers) and employees (Workers), In this system private companies can transfer their expatriate workers without mentioning the types of their commercial activities, This comes from Ministry after the current situation of coronavirus in the Kingdom.
- This option is going to help many companies to benefit from the available manpower in the labor market of Saudi Arabia, However, The hiring can only be done through Ajeer portal in order to support the sectors which need more manpower. - The private companies or establishments can benefit from this service electronically through https://ajeer.qiwa.sa without the involvement of branches of ministry in this purpose.
