How to Prevent Cancer: Live Well Platform Lists 5 Proven Behaviors
The Live Well platform, part of the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia, explained five key habits that help prevent cancer.
The infographic shared on the official account of the Live Well platform on X lists these 5 cancer-prevention behaviors:
➤ Quit smoking

➤ Eat a balanced and healthy diet
➤ Take recommended preventive vaccines, including the hepatitis B vaccine and the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine
➤ Limit exposure to sunlight, especially UV rays, and use sunscreen for protection
According to the Ministry of Health, we can prevent 30% to 50% of cancer cases.
It added, through the X platform, that prevention is possible by living a healthy lifestyle, avoiding risk factors, and doing early screenings, which greatly improve recovery chances.
