Saudization of Housing Supervisor Jobs with SR5,000 Minimum Salary
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, working with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, has officially approved the Saudization of the housing supervisor profession in establishments that provide shared accommodation for individuals.
A minimum salary of SR 5,000 has been set for Saudi housing supervisors. Any Saudi worker earning less than SR 5,000 will not be counted toward the Saudization quota, and any supervisor paid below this amount will be considered in violation of the decision. This new rule applies to all establishments that have 20 or more residents or beneficiaries, including:
➤ Residential complexes
➤ Mobile homes
➤ Residential buildings
These businesses must also follow all of the health, safety, and technical rules set out by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.
Before enforcing penalties or legal action, the decision grants companies and establishments a grace period to meet the required Saudization percentage. Most Viewed: New reforms for Expat workers
The guideline document also lists several support programs available for the private sector, such as:

🔘 Job stability programs
Companies are encouraged to use all available Saudization support programs within the human resources system.
The guide clearly states that the localization requirement applies to all targeted professions within the establishment, regardless of the company’s classification in the Nitaqat system. Penalties will still apply even if the establishment falls into a certain Nitaqat category because the Nitaqat classification does not change the Saudization calculation for the housing supervisor job.
If any establishment fails to meet the required Saudization percentage or assigns the housing supervisor role to a non-Saudi worker under a different job title, legal penalties will be applied according to the latest amendments in the regulations. Recommend: Saudization of 12 jobs in private sector
