Fair rental transactions, protection of beneficiaries from fluctuations of any source, and a stimulating and attractive investment environment are all parts of the study that the directive states must be considered.
In order to govern the interaction between landlords and tenants, the Real Estate General Authority and other relevant authorities submitted recommendations to the Crown Prince. His instruction is based on these recommendations.
For the proposed solutions to be fully compliant with all regulations and applicable to all types of real estate assets (residential, commercial, and office), as well as to strike a fair balance between the various interests at play in the industry, this is necessary.
The Saudi Press Agency stated that the Crown Prince's order reaffirms the wise leadership's dedication to maintaining a consistent approach to government activity based on the principle of transparency. Related: Major real-estate reforms, including a rent-ceiling in Saudi Arabia
