This clarification comes after an inquiry from a beneficiary who asked about the exit and re-entry visa and the refund of fees in the event of cancellation. In response, the Passports Department clarified that if an exit and re-entry visa is cancelled, the associated fees are non-refundable.
Single and Multiple Exit Re-Entry Visa Fees:
The single exit and re-entry visa fee is 200 riyals for a single trip for a maximum of 2 months. SAR 100 is added for each additional month within the validity of the residency period (iqama). For multiple exit-reentry visas, the fee is 500 riyals for a maximum duration of 3 months, with an additional charge of 200 riyals for each month beyond that.
For those who are outside Saudi Arabia, the exit re-entry visa extension fee is doubled; the single exit re-entry visa extension fee is 200 riyals for a maximum of up to one month. While for a multiple exit re-entry visa, the extension fee is 400 riyals for a maximum of up to 1 month.

Extending an exit-re-entry visa from outside Saudi Arabia:
The General Directorate of Passports has revealed details of extending the exit and re-entry visa service for those outside the Kingdom, which can be renewed through the Absher platform.
The extension of the exit re-entry visa service allows residents outside the Kingdom to extend exit and re-entry visas electronically for domestic workers and their dependents.
Exit and re-entry visas for domestic workers outside the Kingdom can be renewed by logging into the Absher platform, selecting "Worker Services," then "Services," and then "Visas."
Those accompanying family members can also renew their exit and re-entry visas. You can access the Absher platform, select Family Member Services, then Services, and then Visas.
Single and multiple exit and re-entry visas for professional workers can be extended while they are outside the Kingdom via the Absher Business platform by employers or sponsors. The business owner or an authorized representative can extend the exit and re-entry visa for professional workers who are located outside the Kingdom.
