100 Million people used Makkah Bus during its Trial period

During a period of one and a half years, the service was utilized by both Makkah visitors and locals, ranking it as one of the most popular public transportation systems in the Middle East and North Africa.

- According to Royal Commission for Makkah City, the Makkah Bus Project helped people and visitors of the Holy City realize their dreams while also bridging the congestion gap.

- The project also benefited from the complementary roles that the commission worked on with the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services, Pilgrims service program, the Makkah Region emirate, as well as the Municipality of the Holy capital, with the aim of exchanging experiences and developing strategic and operational plans.
