Due to updating, Absher services would not be available on Friday for 10 hours


The government's e-services platform Absher in Saudi Arabia has alerted its users that its services will be unavailable for roughly 10 hours on Friday. This is due to the platform's upgrade process. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Linkedin



The Absher platform sent out a notification to its users informing them that the scheduled system updates will take place on Friday, from 21st July from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM and that the platform would be unavailable during that time.

- The platform advised users to complete the required services well in advance of the scheduled upgrading date and time. Absher platform is offering more than 350 services for the Saudi citizens, resident expatriates and the visitors.

- More than 26 million people with digital IDs receive services from the Absher platform, which is under the Ministry of Interior.

- The platform recorded more than 2.2 million electronic transactions in May 2023, the highest monthly total since the year's beginning. Most Viewed : Vaccinations for children are free of cost at MOH clinics
