Special Forces captured Lion roaming freely in the streets of Riyadh

According to the local media, the Special Forces acted quickly, the lion had been restrained, to neutralize the lion's threat and deliver it to the appropriate wildlife authority.

- It is illegal under the terms of the Environment Law to trade in endangered wild animals, including keeping them in one's custody. Offenders face a maximum punishment of 10 years in prison or a fine of SR30 million, or a combination of the two, according to the Special Forces.

- The Special Forces advised the public to report any incidents of abuse against the environment or wildlife by calling 911 in Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and 999 or 996 in the remaining regions of the Kingdom. Recommend : Allowed age for issuing Saudi work visa
