Do not endanger your Kids by allowing them out of Car windows - Saudi Moroor


The General Directorate of Traffic (Moroor) in Saudi Arabia called on parents not to expose their children to danger by allowing them out from the car windows while driving. Read : Saudi Arabia is famous for many things, 10 of them are..



Saudi Moroor through its official tweet on its Twitter handle said, "Make sure that your children sit in their seats, in order to preserve their safety".

- Earlier the Saudi Traffic Department called for the necessity of providing seats for children inside the vehicle, to preserve their safety inside the vehicle. See Also : Penalty for not giving priority to emergency vehicles in Saudi Arabia

- Those who do not use child safety seats are violating the traffic law and the fine for not using child safety seats ranges between 300 to 500 riyals.

- Previously, the General Directorate of Traffic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia directed parents to not allow the children below the age of 10 years to sit in the front seat of the vehicle, as it comes under a traffic violation.

- The Moroor advised parents to not danger the life of their children by allowing them to sit in the front seat, there is designated seat for children below 10 years, which is back seat, with the obligation of fasten the seat belt. - Students must sit in their designated seat on the school buses, as it contributes to enhancing their safety and reducing traffic accidents. Do not take hand or head or any part of the body outside the window. Students must wait until the bus completely stopped before boarding the bus and should make sure the road is clear of vehicles before crossing it.
