Most important new services of Civil Affairs launched in Absher Individuals platform
The official spokesperson of the Civil Affairs in Saudi Arabia, Mohammed Al-Jasser said that there is a new package of electronic civil status services (e-services) launched through Absher Individual platform for male and female Saudi citizens and resident expatriates. During his telephonic interview with a Saudi TV channel, Al-Jasser said that this step comes in line with the directives of the Minister of Interior regarding digital transformation in the security sectors and also in Civil Affairs especially. The new Civil Status e-services launched through Absher Individuals platform are
* Issuance of Lost Identity cards.
* Birth registration service for residents.
* Birth registration service for mothers.

- He added that, these services are required by many, so they are available throughout the day via the Absher platform without need to visit Civil Affairs offices to implement them, which makes it easier for the beneficiaries.
The aim of the new e-services launched on Absher platform are
* To facilitate the implementation of services for Saudi nationals and resident expatriates.
* To provide automated and highly efficient online services.
