The Public Prosecution added that the investigation procedures revealed that the above mentioned people had manufactured documents without origin assigned to a public authority, one of the Kingdom's embassies abroad, including incorrect facts to illegally seize the property of others. - The Prosecution stated that the accused were arrested and referred to the competent court, to demand the penalties prescribed by law, the verdict was issued, including their conviction for what was allotted to them, imprisonment for 20 years, fines amounting to 400,000 riyals and the return of the property to its owners.





- The authority highlighted the protection of government transactions from misconduct and that assaulting official documents by forgery is one of the major issues that warrant arrest and require strict criminal accountability.

- The judicial protection against forgery includes paper and electronic documents and all seals, marks and stamps and forgery would cause material, moral or social harm to any person of a natural or legal capacity.
