"Saudi Moroor" through its official Twitter accounts said that this case requires the vehicle owner to appoint a representative for reviewing at the nearest traffic licenses department under an official certified power of attorney.

Saudi Moroor said the presence of traffic violations against the owner of the car does not prevent the transfer of a car ownership, stating that the driving license and periodic inspection are valid are the two conditions for transferring ownership of a vehicle.
