Is it possible to perform Hajj on Family Visit visa of Saudi Arabia? Hajj Ministry response


The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia confirmed that, it is not possible to perform the Hajj rituals on a family visit visa, in order to perform Hajj rituals, a Hajj visa must be issued. Join Saudi Expatriates on Telegram channel







This came in response to a query in this regard from the Ministry through its Twitter stating, "The Hajj can only be performed by someone who holds a visa specifically for this, or who has a regular residence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia."

- Earlier this, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah clarified that to book Umrah or prayer in the Grand Mosque or visit or pray in the Rawdah Al Sharifa, use Eatmarna application issued by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and there is no other application for it.
