Iqama renewal of Bermawis can be done through Absher Tawasul service


The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia announced the inclusion of iqama renewal for Burmese nationals within the list of Tawasul service on the Absher platform, without the need to review jawazat headquarters, in order to ease the beneficiaries as well as to save time and effort.







The Jawazat confirmed that Burmese nationals can take advantage of the service, which can be implemented from the employer's account on the Absher platform.

- Jawazat set the conditions for implementing the service, which includes,

* Filling out the iqama renewal application form. Trending : Procedure to extend visit visa of wife through Absher

* Attachment of a personal photo of the Bermawi resident

* A pledge form to bring his passport during the validity period of the iqama

* A copy of the iqama and

* A copy of the national identity of the employer





- Jawazat indicated the priority in providing the services for the Barmawi community located in the slums that are being developed in the holy city of Makkah.

The General Directorate of Passports explained that the service can be accessed through the employer's Absher account by following steps:

1. Login to Absher account, choose 'My Services' then 'Services'.

2. Select Passports then choose a Service and Submit a request. Recommend : Absher clarifies on final exit procedure for expat who left Kingdom on Exit re-entry visa

3. Specify the type of request, services for residents inside the Kingdom and choose the sub service Renewal of Iqama for Bermawis.




4. Write a brief description for the request in the description box.
