Absher provides service of Issuing vehicle number plates with logos of distinctive designs
The Absher platform in Saudi Arabia provided the service of issuing vehicle plates with logos that include distinctive designs with national and cultural implications, as part of a project implemented by the Ministry of Culture in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior.
The Ministry of Culture worked on developing the designs used in the new plates, building their semantic and visual concepts, and adjusting their dimensions and measurements as per the standards and requirements followed in vehicle plate policies. The new vehicle number plates in Saudi Arabia included 5 main logos and they are,
* Logo of the Saudi Vision 2030
* Two swords and the palm tree in color
* Two swords and the palm tree in black
* A logo inspired by the historic Al-Turaif neighborhood in Diriyah, and
* A logo inspired by "Al-Hajar" in Al-Ula.
- The Ministry of Culture chose Al-Turaif neighborhood in Ad Diriyah in appreciation of the historical value of this neighborhood as the first center of the Saudi state since its founding in 1727 AD, and due to its cultural value being one of the Saudi sites registered in the UNESCO World Heritage List. - The choice of the Saudi Vision 2030 logo represents an aspect of celebrating the national vision that contributed to the Kingdom’s new beginning and development in all development fields.
